Excited to announce new project development!Posted on April 30th, 2013.
Beverly Adams, executive producer of the well-received GMC special, The Changers™, is proud to announce that a new show centered around her constant life purpose of Everyday Philanthropy®, is deep in development. A new twist on this theme brings in daughter Ashley Stillwell, a beautiful graduate of The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!), and The Graduate School at the College of Charleston. Best friends and polar opposites, Beverly and Ashley are joining forces to create a new mother/daughter reality show, because fabulous runs in the family!
Texas is loud, proud, and famous for rebelling against the oppressive social norm, just like Beverly and Ashley. This Lone Star connection runs deep for the duo, in fact, Beverly raised Ashley on a street called Travis Circle South, named after William B. Travis, the Texas commander at the battle of the Alamo. Beverly still resides there today with her husband, Dr. John Adams, who is also a proud Texas Longhorn alumni. Beverly has always found motivation in the courage and bravery displayed by Texas hero, William B. Travis. His favorite saying was, “I am like a cat, I always land on my feet!” In fact, he wore a cat’s eye jewel ring that is on display at the Alamo today.
With their Texas hair, big attitudes, and fierce determination to better the lives of those around them, just like defender of the weak, William B. Travis, this mother and daughter team are going to showcase the best Texas has to offer. Lone Star citizens are leading the country in giving love, kindness, hope and remedies for the ills of society. True Texans stand up for real and permanent change, and refuse to take the easy way out of victimization. We are Texans! We are Americans! We are the catalysts for change, and that matters. Stay tuned for more to come!!!
